We carry out the clearing and cleaning of the premises and can recommend suitable, highly qualified tradespeople for replacement fixtures and fittings, re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, re-carpeting, and re-decorating.

Our recommended gas fitters are Corgi registered. Our recommended oil-fired heating engineers are OFTEC registered. Our recommended electricians are NIC registered and recommended building contractors are NHBC insured.

We can arrange for dry cleaning of clothing and storage of salvageable items until they can be taken back to the property.
